URBAN REGENERATION

10 cities in various parts of the world took advantage of the history and the traditional architecture, attracting investments, especially in the tourism sector. Especially for a country like Greece, which relies economically on tourism, this is very important. The pictures are from a project dealing with the improvement of living standards in the center of Athens, with a proposal for the urban regeneration of the historic center. Three buildings in the historic center, one Bauhaus style, and the other two contemporaries are united for mixed-use. A thematic bookstore, a restaurant-cafe, a gallery, and a product design workshop are created.
